PlantWare delivers fogger units for different kinds of applications, e.g. Furnace Cooling by water spraying. The aim is to control the furnace temperature better in e.g. waste and sludge incinerator plants. This will prevent built-up inside of the oven.

The unit is skid mounted and contains:

• Control Box
• Pumpe - frequincy controlled
• Cooling Air System (taken form primary air ducts)
• Purge Air System (taken from compressed air system on plant)
• Block'n'bleed between water and purge air to avoid water in the pneumatic air.
• Control valves
• Piping
• Lanses and nozzles for boiler
• Buffertank if nessesary

The unit is delivered with full documentation for operation and maintenance.

The aim is to control and reduce the inlet temperature and increase density in order to raise the power output of the gas turbine during warm periods.

The unit is skid mounted:

• Buffertank if nessesary

The unit is delivered with full documentation for operation and maintenance.

Design, Procurement and Construction of buffer units for e.g. clean water - WFI (Water For Injection), HPW (Higly Purified Water) or similar - based on either cold or heated loop.

The units can be equiped with control system and heating (Electrical or Domestic Heating by hot water) for sanitation of tank and loop based on request or daily/weekly schedule.

The units contains

• Buffer tank
• Electrical Heating element
• Plant Heat Exchaner (with double chambers to secure against contamination)
• Pump for Circulation - Frequency Controlled.
• Controlled Valve for regulation of Pressure in Loop
• Conductivity, Pressure and Temperature Instruments
• Controlled Valves for dumping of contaminated return water
