EN 1591 Flange Calculations

Pipe Sizing / Pressure Loss


PlantWare performs pressure loss calculations for single pipes and whole systems. We are using PIPE-FLO from Engineered Software Inc. for system modeling and pressure loss calculations as well as pump selection.

From the flow model can be used for both static and dynamic calculations of the flow system.

Pipe Isometrics / Fabrication Drawings


PlantWare offers our services within pipe design:

  • Pipe isometrics for fabrication

  • Isometric pipe drawings

Pipes will be engineered and documented according to pipe specification/class from either PlantWare company standard or customer standard.

Pipe supports are engineered with either commercial products like LISEGA or custom application.

We uses AVEVA 3D PDMS softaware package for pipe design.
