PDMS based engineering of gallery, platforms, access stairs and ladders. Competitive engineering based on standardized solutions for gallery and platforms with base frames design according to DS412 and EUROCODE3. PlantWare has on top op this developed PDMS macros for design of stairs in 3D DESIGN module as well as documentation in DRAFT module.

PlantWare uses our own grating design application which gives both detailed MTO-lists as well as auto hatching on 2D drawings. See eksample of our standard system for platforms here - drawing D0.002. Further eksamples of the platform design in both 3D DESIGN and 2D DRAFT is showed in pictures here.

FEM Analysis of steel structures based on the geometry from PDMS. The geometry from PDMS will be exported to FEM analysis software with information of

• Geometry detail
• Assembly details

and detailed calculation of stress, flexibility etc.

Designing of access stairs is based on PlantWare Standard Drawing (EUROCODE Based) or Client Standard and is created in AVEVA PDMS through PlantWare PDMS Access Stair Module.

PlantWare has throughout the years devellloped our standard system for platforms etc.: platform modules for different load catagories like 3,6kN/m2, 5.0kN/m2 etc. To the platform modules

The system is based on European EUROCODE, but we easily addapt to other standards. With this engineering basis PlantWare can make detail engineering of platforms etc. as fast track engineering.
