PlantWare design Sound Attenuators for ducting system tuned for the sound spectre from the fan or other sound source. The damper design can be both as basic or detailed design or full scope delivery with performance gaurantee.

 We design sound attenuators based on

• Absorbtion,
• 1/4-wave,
• Resonance/Helmholz princip 

We do also engineer resonance dampers used to handle Von Karmen / Flow Induced Resonance in e.g. tube boilers or tube heat exchangers.

PlantWare designs Sound Insulation for both circular and square ducts. The insulation for the ducting system is tuned for the sound spectre from the fand or other sound source.

 

Design of custom ductwork systems for primary- and secondary air systems as well as flue gas systems for:

• Power plants
• Waste incineration plants
• FGD-plants (steel and GF-ducts)
• Sludge incineration plants

We make both basic and detail design of ductwork and design for both heavy duct load with internal re-inforcements, wind. snow etc. Furthermore, we design insulation system for both heating and sound reduction and make the optimum solution for duct re-inforcement and insulation ensuring that the insulation price will be the lowest.

We do also design ductwork for building utility systems. This design could be based on e.g. the LINDAB product line or other commercial HVAC product.
