PlantWare performs pressure loss calculations for single pipes and whole systems. We are using PIPE-FLO from Engineered Software Inc. for system modeling and pressure loss calculations as well as pump selection.

From the flow model can be used for both static and dynamic calculations of the flow system.

Sizing and selection of Control Valves using CONVAL software tool including the whole control loop.

Control Valve will be selected based on actual measured conrol valve curves.

PlantWare engineers pipe supports

• RIGID: for fix-points (lateral and/or axial)
• SPRING: Based on Pipe Flexibility / Stress Calculation
