LEICA Scanning


Scanning with LEICA scanner for either input to

  • AVEVA PDMS via CLOUDWORKS
  • Mechanical Design programs (Inventer, Solidworks etc. ) via the software packages "SURFACER" or "CYCLONE MODELLER". The import to the mechanical programs is handled via IGES file format.

Our scanner is the newest LEICA version with up to 50.000 points per second which increases efficiency on site and quality of point cloud.

This product is supplied in co-operation with our French partner Europe Innovation.

Photometric Measurement


PlantWare offer as-built documentation based on photometric measurement (often referred to as "stereo photography"). The out-put from this is a 3D PDMS model enabling re-engineering directly into PDMS.

The 3D model can further be transformed to either 3D AutoCAD (dwg-format) or Microstation (dgn-format) models.
